Life at Mount Calvary extends beyond the classroom. Whether competing as a Charger, performing on stage, or serving their community, students grow together.
Athletics
We are proud to be the Chargers! Sports are a great way for students to learn to be part of a team and work together. We offer the following sports:
- Fall: Girls Volleyball
- Winter: Girls and Boys Basketball
- Spring: Co-ed Track & Field
- Year-Round: Praise Dance
- Additional opportunities available through the WeTeachTruth junior programs.
Arts
Creativity and expression are celebrated through music, drama, and visual arts. Opportunities include:
- Annual Christmas Program
- Black History Program
- Drumline (beginning in 5th grade)
- Music and choir classes for all students
- Weekly art classes using a variety of media
- Praise Dance:
- 1st- 4th Grade (full-year after-school program with performances throughout the year)
- 5th-8th Grade (performances during major school programs)
